We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Call Center Sales to manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily sales performance and productivity metrics.
