The Project Manager Team Lead is responsible for delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder customer projects while providing leadership, guidance, and development for a team of Project Managers. This role oversees project governance, drives operational excellence, and ensures safe, compliant execution of transformer projects within the Siemens Energy US business area. The position interfaces with global factory teams, logistics, field service, engineering, proposals, and commercial functions to ensure successful project outcomes and positive customer experience.
