Roles and Responsibilities
- Performance & Target Management: Set individual and team sales targets (KPIs), monitor daily activities, and analyze data to improve conversion rates
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all sales calls adhere to company policies, regulations, and quality standards
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle escalations, resolve complex issues, and support the development of long-term relationships with prospects
