Team Lead - Microwave Network Deployment

Astrome Technologies is searching for a Deployment Team Lead to spearhead the installation and integration of our innovative E Band Wireless Radio solutions at client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals to ensure that deployments are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all customer demonstration/deployment of Microwave Transmission Network, working along with the account business leader
• Lead and coordinate the field deployment team, monitoring their performance and offering guidance to ensure quality execution of deployment tasks
• Develop and implement deployment strategies that align with project objectives and timelines
• Oversee all technical activities related to Microwave Link installation, configuration, and integration at client locations
