This is a critical role within our Manufacturing & Logistics division, where you will drive operational success on the production floor.
As a Team Leader, you are the heartbeat of the production shift. You will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring that equipment is running efficiently and that your team is meeting its targets. In this Manufacturing environment you will manage shift transitions, monitor powder usage, and ensure all mix sheets are prepared to avoid downtime.
