Job Description

The Team Lead position at Caring Transitions oversees day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects such as estate sales, downsizing, online auctions, and cleanouts are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role coordinates logistics, assigns tasks, and supports team members through training and hands-on leadership while maintaining safety, organization, and quality. The Team Lead also serves as the main on-site point of contact and a liaison between staff and management, helping ensure clear communication, smooth workflow, and a positive client experience.
