Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Lead / Senior CSR to join our Clients' New Business Development (Sales) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service and sales support operations, managing escalations, ensuring CRM accuracy, and supporting the team in achieving new business targets.

Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time

  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • Work Setup: Onsite

  • Location: Cavite

  • Client Industry: Dairy Product Manufacturing
