  • Can play Team Lead role in the projects
  • Able to work independently, help others to solve technical issues
  • Able to provide the technical training, guidance in project
  • Can do normal documentation and presentation tasks
  • Good at English speaking/writing skill, can confidently discuss with customer about technical approaches or issues in details
  • Leadership skill: Can manage and lead a scrum team or a project team of medium size (6 -10 people)

  • Excellent knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery (including JavaScript OOP, HTML/CSS3)
  • Good experience in more than one web application frameworks and platforms such as Spring / Spring MVC / Spring Boot, EJB3 / MDB, Web Services (JAX-WS / JAX-RS), Hibernate / JPA, Message Queue / JMS
