Team Lead – Java Developer

The ideal candidate will lead a development team supporting and enhancing critical banking applications. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot technologies, application architecture, and the ability to manage L3-level support for high-volume transaction systems.

• Lead and manage a team handling Java application development and production support.
• Majority involvement in development activities along with support ownership.
• Handle and resolve L3-level technical queries and escalations.
• Work on multiple applications hosted for transaction processing systems.
• Design and implement application and architecture solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and core Java applications.
• Build and optimize stored procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Handle multi-threaded, high-volume, mission-critical transaction processing systems.
