Your tasks

  • Managing and mentoring the team responsible for our client’s intellectual property rights portfolios, and be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and docketing of IP related events of our clients' intellectual property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs and utility models in various IP Management Software
  • Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system, intellectual property management software as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of IP relevant data.
  • Training of internal employees from within or other Dennemeyer locations with regard to formal processing of IP rights.
  • Assign tasks to team members. Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule delivering the excepted accuracy and quality.
