Job Description

Minimum 1 year of International BPO Experience.

  • It would help if you had the designation TL on paper. (Minimum 12 months on paper is mandatory)
  • The span of control is Min 15- 20 (Associates).
  • Operational knowledge - Healthcare (this experience is not mandatory but can be preferable) + Internal voice experience will work, Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, AHT, NPS, FCR, Quality, Delivery, SLA
  • Comfortable for 24X7 shifts.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Budget for TL 6.5- 7 LPA (hike 20 %-25%)
  • Immediate joiner or 10-day notice period.
