Team Lead Golang

Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on design, coding, and troubleshooting.

● Architect highly scalable and highly available systems with minimal guidance.

● Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible designs.

● Work closely with team members to deliver complete solutions to customers.

● Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met.

● Participate in all phases of the agile development cycle, including planning, design,implementation, review, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.

● Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

● Advocate for and practice Agile methodologies within the team.

● Strive for continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.

● Implement and maintain APIs using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
