  • Coordinating a team of 8-10 associates;
  • Welcoming and training new employees;
  • Collaborating in physical work with the team;
  • Operating a reach forklift to move products;
  • Conducting daily team meetings in accordance with each day’s action plan;
  • Planning operations and resource allocations for shipping and receiving;
  • Relaying real-time information to the team to maximize production;
  • Ensuring all products are placed on the trucks in a safe and efficient manner;
  • Communicating frequently with the manager to optimize operations;
  • Ensuring compliance with the standards for the merchandise;
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and reporting and recording any incidences;
  • Actively encouraging positive culture, teamwork, and collaboration;
  • Carrying out other tasks as related to this position.
