Job Title: Team Lead Engineer

Responsibilities
+ Own team delivery commitments and roadmap execution
+ Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and workload distribution
+ Manage team performance, feedback, and career development
+ Remove delivery blockers and manage risks
+ Maintain technical quality standards
+ Collaborate closely with Product and other stakeholders
+ Support hiring and onboarding
Requirements
+ 10+ years Java engineering/development experience
+ 5+ years of architectural experience
+ 5+ years of leadership experience
+ Must have at least 5 years of experience with NodeJS, at the Architect level
+ Must have experience with REST/JSON
+ Strong business acumen
+ Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
+ Experience in planning and delivery management
+ Java
