Team Lead, Embedded DevelopmentThe team lead will manage the design and development of bare‐metal RTOS and Embedded Linux platforms, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and facilitate agile processes. You will work closely with other Engineering disciplines and leadership stakeholders.

Oversee the ongoing design and development of embedded platforms.

Lead code reviews, maintain coding standards, and promote best practices.

Run agile ceremonies to improve team velocity and quality.

Act as a change approver for firmware change requests.

Identify resource needs and collaborate with management to address them.
