Team Lead, Email Marketing

What you will be doing:

•Creating end-to-end campaign execution strategy, plan, design, process, QA & ROI reporting.

•Managing Project Management System (PMS) for the Email marketing team of 8 members and ensuring that the team is motivated and engaged: i) Review team’s capacity & utilization ii) Timely review & assignment of tickets for the team members

•Should possess strong behavioral traits like: iii) teamwork, leadership skills, technical know-how... iv) Conflict Resolutions v) manage the work-life balance in the team vi) Time & Stress Management

•Establish a strong QA function within the Email marketing team and ensure all process documents are timely updated are being followed & referred on a day-to- day basis.

•Working closely with the Marketing GDC teams to prioritize & manage campaigns that drive demand generation using Cvent and Marketo.
