Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and meeting sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cash procedures, accurately processing sales, returns, and exchanges through the POS system.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach sales targets.
• Lead ongoing training in product upselling and customer service excellence.
• Set daily/shift targets and goals when associates start work.
