We are currently looking for a Team Lead for our Content team at Nielsen.

About The Role

The Editorial Team Lead provides effective day‑to‑day guidance, supervises, manages, and motivates the Editorial team, and serves as the primary contact for communication, operational efficiency, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Editorial Manager by overseeing workflow organization and personnel schedules to maximize cost, time, and accuracy, and provide prioritization guidance of work assignments.
• Manage team members' performance through one‑on‑ones, quarterly check‑ins, annual reviews, and coaching/counseling staff.
• Maintain workload requirements and inform managers and staff of changes to deadlines.
• Maintain quality and coverage standards within the content database.
• Resolve and direct editorial discrepancies reported by clients.
