Summary
To provide practice leadership and direction to the staff team, working with vulnerable adults in supported living services and out in the community. You will be required to adopt the values and ethos of the company, applying a person-centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. This is a blended role combining hands‑on support and management/admin time.
