Key Responsibilities:

Application Maintenance & Support

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications.
  • Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports.
  • Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents.

Change Requests & Enhancements

  • Review change requests (CRs) to assess impact, effort, and dependencies.
  • Implement small to medium enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of fixes.

Production Support & Incident Management

  • Lead L2/L3 support for applications and environments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.
