Key Responsibilities:
Application Maintenance & Support
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across applications.
- Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and optimization tasks.
- Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports.
- Ensure high system uptime and quick turnaround for incidents.
Change Requests & Enhancements
- Review change requests (CRs) to assess impact, effort, and dependencies.
- Implement small to medium enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Collaborate with QA teams for testing and validation of fixes.
Production Support & Incident Management
- Lead L2/L3 support for applications and environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.
