Team Lead Deduction Management

JOB OVERVIEW:

Work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure each has clear expectations for the transaction and determine whether the product or service fits the current needs of both parties involved in the negotiation. The position suits an individual who can work in a faced-paced environment and able to think independently in resolving complicated situations.

Create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Team Lead role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Ensure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers.
