What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Team Lead for our Data Process department in Leusden. In this role, you will work hands on while leading a team of eight colleagues. Together, you ensure excellent service delivery to our customers. The focus of this position is team coordination, quality assurance, and keeping all operational processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating the Data Process team (8 employees, 1–3 temporary workers, and a team in Malaysia).
Planning, distributing, and monitoring the workflow for both the local and international team.
Processing incoming mail: receiving, unpacking, scanning, and performing data entry.
Printing returns and preparing outgoing mail.
Managing transactions related to product and service changes.
Entering and updating information in database...
