Team Lead, Corporate Accounting

Lightspeed is seeking a Team Lead, Corporate Accounting to join our Finance team in Montreal. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a passion for leadership, automation, process improvement, and leveraging technology to modernize accounting operations.

The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, highly organized, detail‑oriented leader who constantly challenges the status quo, seeks efficiency, and brings a CPA mindset to everything they do: professional, ethical, analytical with integrity and skepticism.
