Role Overview
We’re looking for a Team Lead – Copywriter who can think conceptually, write sharply, and lead a team of writers across multiple brands and formats. This role is for someone who understands how copy drives performance , not just awareness.
You’ll own the creative quality, tone, and consistency across accounts while mentoring junior writers and collaborating closely with design, strategy, and performance teams.

Lead copy development across performance ads, brand campaigns, social media, landing pages, websites, and emailers
Translate brand strategy and business goals into compelling, conversion-focused copy
