Team Lead

Responsibilities

1. Plan, allocate, and supervise daily team tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve operational targets.
2. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, on‑time delivery, and cost, and implement corrective actions when required.
3. Ensure all warehouse activities—including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control—are completed accurately, on schedule, and properly recorded in the system.
4. Extract daily reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and organize data in Excel according to operational requirements.
5. Analyse operational data and reports, manage reconciliations, and perform data cleaning to maintain accurate records.
6. Support data‑entry activities and ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is updated accurately and on time.
