The Site Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the assigned clinical site, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic flow and use of resources in alignment with the goals of programs and WellFort's values policies and procedures.

The Site Team Lead reports directly to the Manager, Primary Care, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and clinical operating standards. It also maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship with additional Program Managers whose teams operate within the assigned site, supporting cross-program coordination, integrated care and consistent operational practices.
