Demonstrates a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

  • At least 2 years Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a BPO set-up
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be willing to work on the night shift.
  • Must have experience handling a business-to-business (B2B) account
