Team Lead

About the role

As a Team Lead, you are responsible for expeditious review of recommendations made by Credit Officers, ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures while meeting acceptable turnaround time. You conduct updates on credit policies, provide sound credit decisions, and maintain accuracy in the file update processes within the Bank's Front‑End System in accordance with established standards.

What you'll be doing

• Credit Evaluation: Review recommendations made by Credit Officers in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Recommend appropriate credit decisions, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and establish and maintain an operational, sound credit decision that expedites decision on loan applications within approved credit standards and parameters.
• Supervise Credit Officers and Credit Associates.
