Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 yrs of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Lead generation.
- Team handling experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
- Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify business opportunities across IT, Corporate, Universities, Colleges, and other industries.
- Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.
