We are currently seeking a Production Team Lead for one of our top clients—a leading player in the specialty protein and Halal meat industry. This is a permanent, full-time position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best out of a team.
As a Team Lead, you won't just be watching the clock; you'll be the engine of the production floor. You will guide a team of 10–20 associates to ensure production targets are hit without compromising on quality or safety.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading the Floor: Directing workflow and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily processing quotas.
Safety & Quality Guarding: Ensuring 100% compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards.
Mentorship: Training new hires on equipment use, knife skills, and safety protocols.
Documentation: Completing shift reports, yield track...
