Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of at least 15 headcount (HC)
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns
  • Support onboarding, training, and process improvements
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in BPO
  • Proven experience managing at least 15 HC
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • KPI-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and onsite
