Job Description
- Dual Target Execution: Take ownership of both individual sales quotas and the overarching team sales target, ensuring consistent performance. Team Mentorship: Guide and support a team of telesales executives, providing day to day feedback to improve their call quality, handling of objections, and conversion rates. Pipeline and Lead Management: Oversee the team pipeline, ensuring timely follow ups, accurate documentation, and effective closure strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track daily team metrics, assist in regular performance reviews, and step in to help close difficult deals or handle escalations. Cross functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any operational bottlenecks.
