Lead a critical program supporting Indigenous youth at Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata Centre. As a full-time Team Lead, you will provide guidance and create a safe healing environment for youth.
This permanent position focuses on overseeing the Honouring the Spirit of Our Little Sisters program, aimed at supporting sexually exploited girls and transgender youth aged 13-17. Key responsibilities include developing policies, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will also manage training needs and administrative tasks to maintain an efficient and nurturing environment.
