Team Lead – AR Collections

The Team Lead – AR Collections independently manages complex customer portfolios, resolves escalated issues, and provides analytical insights to improve cash performance and AR metrics. The role applies strong financial acumen, advanced problem-solving capability, and sound business judgment to reduce risk and strengthen AR performance. This position partners cross functionally to address systemic issues and supports team effectiveness by guiding junior analysts and contributing to continuous improvement across AR processes.



**What you'll do**



Complex Collections & Escalation Management:



+ Manage high exposure or complex customer portfolios requiring advanced collection strategies.

+ Lead resolution of escalated issues including disputes, pricing discrepancies, and payment holds.

+ Communicate with key customer contacts to secure payment commitments and resolve barriers.
