Purpose
The Team Lead – API Development is responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality API solutions. This role ensures operational excellence through effective release management, production support, and intake processes while maintaining technical leadership and stakeholder communication.
In this role you will:
- Lead and mentor the API development team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Manage release planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
- Oversee production support processes, including incident triage, resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate intake of requests, prioritize work, and assign tasks within the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding delivery timelines, issue escalations, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
