Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the daily activities and execution of the team’s processes assigned ensuring that standard operating procedures are completely followed.
  • Handles coordination of all processes within the team.
  • Act as first point of migration of processes/tasks.
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy and productivity targets are met.
  • Routine communication and coordination with Process Experts and counterparts.
  • Continuously monitor team performance aligned in the established KPIs.
  • Encourage, coach, and train Process Experts and Associates for their professional and personal development.
  • Assist the Managers in conducting periodic performance review session with the team members.
  • Assess staff utilization and hiring possibilities to ensure that there is enough FTE to support the process.
  • Supports the team with ad hoc requests and/or any reporting requirements as and when necessary.
