This role combines people management and technical leadership. You will lead a team of algorithm developers, drive end-to-end AI initiatives from clinical need to product integration, and serve as the primary technical authority and consultation point for the team and cross-functional partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to align stakeholders, deliver high-impact algorithmic capabilities, and cultivate an environment of innovation, ownership, and execution excellence.
