Job Description: Shift Team Lead
The Shift Team Lead is responsible for frontline leadership in day-to-day operations to include safety, quality, efficiency, and meeting customer expectations. Provides directions to production floor employees in the areas of production, training, and other related areas, striving to improve overall operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and training to accomplish Mauser production goals, objectives to all employees regarding safety, quality, production, and maintenance. May conduct and/or participate in safety meetings. Conducts observations to identify safety issues and follows up as necessary with appropriate team members.
