Responsibilties: 


Business Development and Account Maintenance 

  • Responsible to deliver the premium and commission budget for his or her assigned team or unit while keeping within the operating expense budget.

  • Responsible to maintain an active healthy pipeline if accounts , comprised of identified business opportunities from new or existing clients. 

  • Maximize the business relationship with bank counterparts and clients by assessing accounts and identifying opportunities

  • for new business and organic grow, and grow the existing business portfolio.

    • Account Administration 

  • Lead in negotiations with insurance companies and other units for the most appropriateterms and conditions to suit the needs of the client. 

  • Lead the collective effort of marketing and operations units in servicing client concerns.
