Brief Summary
Responsible for the assigned Team's attainment of business goals including revenue generation and account management, maintenance of portfolio credit quality and supervision of manpower resources of the Team.
Portfolio Management
Ensures solid and continuing relationship with the clients Manages a portfolio of credit worthy accounts Drives the pursuit of new clients and product enhancements Credit and Risk Management
Adherence to bank policies procedures such as credit review and documentation requirements, account management. Reviews and recommends credit proposals based on quality of credit and cash flow statements, collaterals, etc. Guides and mentors team members to improve sales and credit skills Qualifications:
