Job Description

Lyft seeks a Team Coach to drive strong outcomes for our customer-facing SCC teams. You will coach, analyze data, support projects, and lead daily floor operations. This role acts as a training, quality SME, and may supervise operations, sharing updates and addressing escalations on shift.
