We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Team Assistant to support the leader of the team and several agents within our Retail Leasing divisio. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every day brings something new, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, monitor inboxes and prioritise actions to keep the team running smoothly
  • Maintain and update the CRM, including generating reports for data tracking
  • Prepare client correspondence, submissions, proposals and presentation materials
  • Process expense claims and credit card reconciliations
  • Handle billing and invoicing, including commission, marketing and advertising charges, ensuring all documentation meets audit requirements
  • Coordinate and deliver successful client and internal events
