Our client is a leading energy and health company. They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Team assistant (1 year contract).

Job Description:

  • Dealing with work permit applications and travel arrangements for foreign colleagues who come to Asia Pacific for work.
  • Compiling time sheets into a summary reports to support PM/CPM for the invoicing to the client.
  • Following up with the factories to ensure that the spare parts deliveries are on track.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Visa Administration, HR Administrator Visa, and Work Permit roles.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Good at Microsoft Office applications.
  • Based in Bangkok.
