Job Description

A. Key responsibilities:

  1. Organise meetings, collate meeting agenda, prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes and track follow up items.
  2. Manage timeline and delivery of team projects to ensure completion on timely basis.
  3. Manage and maintain database of (a) BO disclosure information (b) trust and ownership structures (c) wealth planning and trust templates (d) key family/trust documents and information
  4. Coordinate with relevant teams for data updates in relation to annual trust and ownership structure review and shareholder protection review.
  5. Conduct research on trust, jurisdictional tax and disclosure developments, family governance and stewardship-related matters and prepare case briefs.
  6. Provide back-up support for trust administration.
  7. Support in ad-hoc projects, such as technology and database development, as required.
