Job Description
A. Key responsibilities:
- Organise meetings, collate meeting agenda, prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes and track follow up items.
- Manage timeline and delivery of team projects to ensure completion on timely basis.
- Manage and maintain database of (a) BO disclosure information (b) trust and ownership structures (c) wealth planning and trust templates (d) key family/trust documents and information
- Coordinate with relevant teams for data updates in relation to annual trust and ownership structure review and shareholder protection review.
- Conduct research on trust, jurisdictional tax and disclosure developments, family governance and stewardship-related matters and prepare case briefs.
- Provide back-up support for trust administration.
- Support in ad-hoc projects, such as technology and database development, as required.
