We are seeking a thoughtful and organised Administrator to become part of our warm and supportive Care Home and Dementia Team at Foss Park Hospital.

Your work will play an important role in helping us provide compassionate, person-centred care to those living with dementia and their families.

The Care home and Dementia Team provides specialist mental health and dementia support to residents in local care homes. The team works closely with care staff, families, and other professionals to promote wellbeing, prevent crises, and deliver high quality, person-centred care for older adults.
