Primary Responsibilities
1. Tagging & Implementation (Tealium & mParticle)
- Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining tag implementations in Tealium iQ (Web) and mParticle(Mobile).
- Support setup, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking tags, events, rules, and data layers based on defined technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough QA and end-to-end validation across development, staging, and production environments to ensure data integrity.
- Perform mobile app analytics validation using tools such as Firebase DebugView, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and device simulators (iOS & Android).
2. Adobe Analytics & CJA Support
- Assist with Adobe Analytics (AA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) setup, schema configuration, and data ingestion workflows.
- Support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) reporting, dashboard creation, and cross-channel data validation.
