About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated
Teaching Facilitator
with a strong background in
Physics
or
Chemistry
to support our Hybrid Classes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, with strong communication skills, and wanting to engage with students in a dynamic and collaborative setting. As a facilitator, you will support students
in-person
without the presence of a physical teacher, lead practice sessions, provide feedback, and help manage the overall classroom environment. You will act as a bridge between students, the teacher, and our operational team to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement and Student Support: Lead and engage with students without a physical teacher, ensuring they stay on track and motivated.
- Practice Sessions: Conduct practice sessions and reinforce key concepts in Physics and Chemistry through interactive discussions and activities.
