Summary

m2r Education are working with this Shanghai based education company who provide professional education consultancy services to families across China. They need a Teaching Department Manager to join their team.

This Shanghai based role is pivotal for the company and we need somone with a strong education background to fulfil the tasks as below:

  • Responsible for teaching IELTS/UKiset/ISEB/other entrance examinations for British independent schools;
  • Fully prepare for the subjects taught and improve the teaching syllabus;
  • Establish a comprehensive student ability assessment system;
  • Actively carry out teaching and research work according to the curriculum system;
  • Responsible for the teaching affairs management and operation of the training center and team training;
  • Investigate students' learning outcomes to improve the teaching process and develop teaching methods that students find easy to accept;
