1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 7 Transition Support

Location: Chepstow
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time until August 2027
Salary: £475 - £500 per week

We are looking for a confident, supportive and reliable Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 7 pupil who is transitioning into secondary school.

This pupil does not present with behavioural needs; the support is focused on helping him build confidence, settle into the routines and expectations of high school, and feel supported with his learning across the curriculum.

The successful Teaching Assistant will act as a positive role model, providing reassurance, encouragement and practical classroom support.
