Start: September 2026. 30.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. Permanent, Full Time.

Salary & Benefits

  • Voluntary Real Living Wage or NJC Scale 3–5 + well-being cash plan + LGPS pension scheme + additional Lift Schools benefits.
  • Without a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: Voluntary Real Living Wage – £18,316.55 per annum.
  • With a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: NJC Scale 3–5.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our growing SEND department, specifically supporting a named child with special educational needs. You will provide tailored 1:1 support in class, as well as individualised interventions, helping to ensure the student can access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their goals.
